


Summer is coming and it's time for me to exercise and that's why I like summer time because I can do some outdoors activities. I love outdoors activties. I remembered I used to play basketball with my friends at least two hours a day in outside, but I didn't play it very much when I come here. I didn't play basketball here because I don't have a lot of friends here and not all of my friends like basketball. Aslo, some of my friends do like basketball, but we lives far away form each other so we are not be able to play together.Anyway, I didn't do a lot of exercise since I was here, so I got fatter and fatter. Also, I feel easy to get tired now and I think I I don't have enough of exercisie so I decide to do more exercisie. Usually I will exercise at home because nobody go to the gym room with me and I dont want to go by myself. However, I have the a treadmill, a jump rope, a sti up bench and a weigh set...Also, I go to play basketball on Saturday or Sunday monring every week..

ReplyDeleteIt sounds to me like you still get an awful lot of exercise. How do you fit it in your busy schedule? That's my big problem.
